Seckford Springboard helps young people aged 25 and under to access education, employment and training. Bridging a gap that’s getting in their way, whether that’s through apprenticeships, mentoring or grants – we are making a difference in people’s lives.
We want to improve the chances of young people finding economic self-sufficiency. To raise their confidence levels and self-esteem. If we can help young people find employment, remain employed and develop into confident, self-assured individuals living an independent and fulfilled life – we believe they will, in due course, help others achieve the same.
Balanced citizens of tomorrow start with the cultural, moral and spiritual awareness of today. We want to restore their right to economic wellbeing, training and education so that they can make the most of every opportunity which is presented to them.
Help us empower young people to make the best decisions about their future.
Seckford Springboard aims to:
- Enable young people to lead economically independent and productive lives;
- Strengthen our community to serve young people in ways which enable them to improve the quality of their lives;
- Share our expertise and experience with those involved in enhancing the lives of young people.
Community is vitally important to us. We want to share our expertise and experience wherever possible. This means we aim to be at the leading edge in education and training, working with partners to strengthen abilities and deliver maximum impact. We also work with government and voluntary agencies to develop policy and help delivery.
