Are you currently not in education or training, aged between 16 and 25 and struggling to find a job? You might be eligible to apply for a Springboard Apprenticeship.
We operate a tailored and supportive apprenticeship programme within departments of the Seckford Foundation from admin and IT, to grounds, maintenance, catering or teaching. There are also opportunities to begin with a period of work experience to find out which career path will suit you best.
Apprenticeships allow you to earn while you learn and build up your skills and qualifications. They last for a minimum of 12 months and involve some time off the job training which may be in college.
